Police have made public alarming video showing a motorist performing dangerous skidding techniques on a roundabout during an illegal car meet, putting onlookers at significant danger of harm.

An individual aged 23 from the local area was given a jail term of 27 weeks, deferred for one year, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.

As stated by authorities, the video was captured at an unauthorized automobile gathering in Portsmouth on 28 December 2024, showing the driver driving a pink BMW.

He added: “They are not only a complete nuisance, but they also place participants and uninvolved individuals at danger of severe harm.”
He finished: “Our efforts will persist to take legal action against these drivers and I trust these latest incidents act as a caution: you will face consequences.”
