Tehran is willing to restart nuclear talks with the United States provided that it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared only diplomacy was effective, and disclosed recent overtures had come from mediators to resume discussions with the US government.
